About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Write and coordinate the firm’s social media posts according to the content calendar
  • Develop, write and distribute posts and communications supporting PEAK’s communication objectives and visibility
  • Support departments in writing, proofreading and adapting communications, presentations and documents
  • Transform technical, operational or specialized information into clear, accessible and audience-appropriate content
  • Collaborate with the HR team to promote the employer brand through digital campaigns
  • Manage, coordinate, update and ensure the quality of content across digital platforms
  • Produce, publish and optimize content for communication, recruitment and business development initiatives
  • Structure messages using AIDA, PAS and other copywriting methodologies
  • Apply digital writing and optimization best practices, including SEO, AEO, AIO and GEO
  • Manage comments, messages and interactions on social media, escalating issues as needed
  • Measure content performance and make data-driven recommendations
  • Create automated communications based on the user journey
  • Manage and coordinate the content offering for advisors
  • Design publication materials for advisors and internal departments
  • Maintain a professional and consistent presence on social media
  • Conduct competitive social media monitoring and present quarterly findings
  • Identify and propose content and visibility opportunities
  • Optimize digital journeys and content to support engagement, conversion and business objectives
  • Coordinate marketing projects from needs clarification through final delivery, tracking milestones, timelines, stakeholders and approvals
  • Collaborate with external agencies on selected digital productions
  • Propose and implement creative ideas to enhance the participant experience at virtual events
  • Coordinate communications, content and marketing tools related to virtual and in-person events
  • Coordinate the production of invitations, presentations, signage, digital content, visual assets and follow-up communications
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of event deliverables
  • Support event promotion across PEAK’s communication channels
  • Gather and analyze participant feedback and recommend improvements
  • Plan and distribute communications at every stage of the event journey, from invitations to post-event follow-up

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or marketing
  • Exceptional proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Demonstrated ability to produce and proofread error-free content
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience creating engaging content, writing, communications and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of project management principles and techniques is an asset
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to accurately adapt content to the audience, channel, business objective, user journey and desired action
  • Strong command of persuasive writing methodologies and frameworks, including AIDA, PAS, BAB, storytelling and copywriting principles
  • Comfortable using artificial intelligence tools, with the ability to rigorously validate generated results
  • Experience coordinating virtual and in-person events
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is an asset
  • Creativity and initiative
  • Self-motivated, versatile and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative spirit and ease working in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in contributing to both strategic projects and their operational implementation
