About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the CFO and executive team on high-priority strategic questions and decisions
Structure ambiguous business questions, perform analysis, and deliver recommendations and paths forward
Produce concise analyses, business cases, and presentations for executive decision-making
Evaluate high-value AI and automation use cases across the organization
Build and prototype AI agents, scripts, internal tools, and workflow automations
Partner with Engineering, IT, and functional leaders to deploy AI solutions and drive adoption
Own 1–2 high-priority cross-functional initiatives from analysis through implementation
Identify and redesign inefficient, redundant, or manual processes
Identify shared processes, technology, data, and capabilities across Peaksware brands
Set success metrics and track measurable business outcomes
Analyze financial and operational performance across brands
Support forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and recurring leadership reporting
Develop financial models and ROI analyses for investments, headcount, technology, and strategic decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, corporate strategy, FP&A, or a similarly rigorous analytical role
Strong financial and analytical skills, including financial modeling, business cases, ROI evaluation, and data-driven recommendations
Exceptional problem-solving and business judgment
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and determine practical paths forward
Strong communication and executive presence
Ability to synthesize complex information and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Demonstrated experience using modern AI tools to improve productivity, analyze information, automate workflows, or solve business problems
Comfortable operating with limited direction and taking initiatives through implementation and measurable results
SaaS or technology experience is desired
Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives is desired
Technical and data fluency, including SQL, Python, APIs, business intelligence tools, or AI-assisted development is desired
Experience across multiple business units, brands, or markets is desired
Experience working directly with executive leadership is desired
