About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies supporting organizational, operational, and technology transformations
- Partner with the Strategy team and business leaders to assess current-state operations, processes, systems, and organizational structures
- Identify change impacts, potential risks, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and employee adoption
- Develop change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training, and implementation timelines
- Monitor change adoption, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes and ROI
- Lead, coach, and develop team members supporting change management initiatives
- Provide guidance, establish priorities, and oversee project deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to build alignment and support organizational change
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Advise leadership on change management best practices, employee adoption, and organizational effectiveness
- Develop communication materials, change impact assessments, process documentation, training guides, and stakeholder presentations
- Translate complex business processes and organizational changes into visual materials
- Create presentations, infographics, reports, and communication assets using professional design tools
- Design process maps, workflows, organizational diagrams, and other change-adoption materials
- Ensure consistent messaging across departments
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance organizational efficiency
- Establish KPIs to measure change readiness, employee adoption, and initiative success
- Monitor implementation progress, evaluate ROI, and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Support technology implementations, system integrations, and business process improvements
- Develop sustainable change management practices supporting organizational growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, process improvement, business operations, or a related field
- 1+ years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, mentoring, and managing team performance
- Experience developing and executing change management strategies across multiple departments or business functions
- Experience managing organizational change initiatives involving technology implementations, process improvements, or operational transformations
- Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communication planning, and employee adoption strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, establish priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience measuring change effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities
- Experience creating professional presentations, process documentation, workflows, and visual communication materials
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or comparable design and visualization tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Change management certification such as Prosci, CCMP, or a comparable credential (preferred)
- Experience with structured change management methodologies, including ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, or similar frameworks (preferred)
- Experience leading change initiatives during mergers, acquisitions, system integrations, or organizational restructuring (preferred)
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a growing, multi-business-unit organization (preferred)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices (preferred)
- Experience in infrastructure, telecommunications, renewables, critical power, engineering, or field services is a plus
