About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support Linux and Windows server environments
- Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and infrastructure issues
- Perform root cause analysis and help prevent recurring incidents
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using scripting and automation tools
- Participate in on-call and incident response activities when required
- Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, development, and other technical teams
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Windows Server environments
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting production infrastructure
- Scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed technical teams
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience with Active Directory and Windows infrastructure administration
- Previous experience in fintech, financial services, or highly available production environments
