About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and service levels
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with business needs
- Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and commercial conditions
- Manage RFQ and RFP processes from supplier identification through proposal evaluation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement optimization initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor supplier performance and establish procurement KPIs
- Analyze purchasing data, market trends, and supplier proposals to support decision-making
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other departments to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
- Support contract management and procurement process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading supplier negotiations and managing sourcing processes
- Strong knowledge of RFQ, RFP, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize purchasing processes
- Experience managing supplier relationships and performance
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting
- Experience with ERP or procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Ability to manage sourcing projects independently
- Based in LATAM
- Availability to work full-time in a remote environment
- English proficiency: B2 or higher (Preferred)
- Experience working with international suppliers (Nice to have)
