About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set the product direction for campaign management and build the roadmap with the SVP of Product and Engineering leadership
  • Prioritize across brand and campaign data, role-based access control, audience building, and campaign configuration
  • Work directly with engineers on data models, APIs, integrations, and sequencing that maintains current operations while building for scale
  • Translate Operations, Technical Account Management, Sales, and Brand Partnerships processes into product requirements with measurable outcomes
  • Design and roll out a permissions model for internal teams, open-beta users, and future external customers
  • Drive adoption by identifying user obstacles, building enablement plans, and connecting usage data to future product decisions
  • Analyze usage and operational data to track workflow completion, reliability, and manual campaign effort
  • Identify automation and AI opportunities in campaign setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Explain product decisions, tradeoffs, and risks to executives and non-product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in product management, with 3+ owning a platform, workflow, or operations-heavy product
  • Built B2B SaaS in AdTech, MarTech, or a similar data business, for products used by more than one type of user
  • Experience building products where entities, permissions, roles, and system-of-record decisions are the hard part
  • Enough technical depth to work with engineers on APIs, data models, and integrations without being the engineer
  • A history of turning messy operational processes into workflows people actually use
  • Comfort using product and business data to decide what to build and to judge whether it worked
  • Track record of getting stakeholders with competing goals to agree on a direction
  • Experience with audience platforms, identity, measurement, or marketing operations
  • Experience with AI-enabled or agentic workflows
