About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement programs, tools, new products, and sales processes for PDSN to drive sustainable growth through Pella’s go-to-market segment strategies
  • Work with the PDSN account management team to develop learning course material and coordinate logistics, scheduling, and training programs
  • Recommend training methods, timing, and content to improve training effectiveness
  • Gather regional intelligence, including regional competitors and market challenges, using a segment-agnostic lens
  • Communicate effectively with management across PDSN, other channel partners, and Corporate
  • Review HLPs and track KPIs, identify metric trends, and brief the PDSN Regional Business Manager on underperformance or overperformance
  • Answer branch questions and escalate issues to the Regional Business Manager as necessary
  • Partner with Segment Selling Process Managers to influence regional Sales Managers and ensure PDSN playbook accountability
  • Travel 25% or more

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Direct Sales experience desired but not required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to work with probability, statistical inference, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
  • Ability to solve practical problems involving concrete and abstract variables
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CRM and proprietary sales systems; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to meet the stated physical demands of the role
