About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and publish internal and external job postings
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Welcome and host candidates during onsite interviews
- Conduct benefits overviews and answer candidate questions during the hiring process
- Support onboarding activities, including background checks, drug screenings, relocations, internal transfers, and new hire communications
- Facilitate onsite interview events and assist with verbal offer presentations
- Maintain recruiting records, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience
- Serve as a key resource for talent acquisition systems, processes, and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Copilot
- Experience with SharePoint, Oracle, or other Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
