Key responsibilities & impact

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Apply change management processes and tools to create adoption strategies for project or initiative changes
Collaborate with client executives and sponsors to build a Case for Change, including project vision/value statements with tangible goals
Support communication efforts
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
Assess change impact
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
Support training efforts
Complete change management assessments
Ensure project management and change management standards are leveraged and reinforced
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs

What you’ll need

BA/BS Degree
At least 5 years of experience working in a consulting capacity on technology or process change implementations
At least 2 years focused on Change Management
Experience acting as the liaison between business and IT stakeholders
Experience in full life-cycle project development including requirements, design, development, testing and roll-out
Experience managing change initiatives for Financial systems, Human Resource systems, and/or Supply Chain systems preferred
Experience supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
Ability to integrate change management activities into project plans
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members
Fit with Peloton culture and company values
Must be willing to travel
CMP, Prosci, or other change management certification preferred
