Key responsibilities & impact

Work as part of a Support team providing support for various financial module tickets
Manage Oracle Cloud projects and Multipilar programs across ERP, SCM, HCM, and CEGBU
Manage multiple tasks and ensure project execution efficiency
Apply strategic vision and results orientation
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical problems
Gather and analyze business requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
Manage client relationships, operational oversight, and strategic alignment of service delivery with client business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
Experience with supporting/managing projects across Multipilar programs
Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
