Work as part of a Support team providing support for various financial module tickets
Manage Oracle Cloud multipilar programs across ERP, SCM, HCM, and CEGBU
Balance client relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic thinking
Ensure services are delivered efficiently and aligned with evolving client business needs
Manage multiple tasks and ensure project execution efficiency
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical problems
Gather and analyze business requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
Experience supporting/managing projects across multipilar programs
Proven experience in Oracle Cloud projects
Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strategic vision and strong results orientation
Ability to collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical problems
Ability to gather and analyze business requirements
