About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct combined Open Source and Web Intelligence investigations to develop platform demonstrations and use case examples supporting sales processes and customers
- Produce detailed intelligence reports proactively for events and in response to sales and customer needs
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing customer support by delivering training and continuous guidance on best practices
- Work with sales and other teams to support customer enablement processes and ensure customer satisfaction across a diverse European client portfolio
- Master the platform and translate end-user needs into platform enhancements
- Communicate platform enhancement needs to product development teams
- Participate in professional events such as conferences and exhibitions
Requirements
What you’ll need- UK resident for minimum of 5 years in order to attain Security Clearance
- A minimum of 2 years practical intelligence experience
- Experience specifically in Open Source Intelligence is advantageous
- A degree in a related subject is advantageous
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Additional European languages are advantageous, specifically French
- Experience conducting intelligence-led investigations
- Ability to conduct, summarise and report on investigation methodology and conclusions
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Results-driven and capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with an organised and attention-to-detail approach to work
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
