About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage live betting markets in real time across assigned sports/events
Adjust odds based on game state, injuries, cards, key events, market movement, and betting activity
Execute liability-aware decisions involving price moves, market suspension, and stake/limit considerations
Ensure pricing is competitive versus key operators such as Bet365 and Pinnacle
Operate within event templates and market tiers, adjusting when required
Monitor and react to sharp or arbitrage activity
Use internal tools to track exposure and performance
Contribute to live trading improvements and process optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, business or other analytical disciplines
Must be able to work weekends, evenings, holidays, nights, and public holidays
1 to 2 years’ experience in a trading environment or assessing and calculating risk within insurance or finance (advantageous)
Good all-round sports betting knowledge and a strong interest in betting and odds required
Excellent mathematical skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
Exceptional time management skills
High attention to detail and precision in delivery
Ability to learn quickly and work independently and in a team setting
Strong initiative and outstanding work ethic
