Key responsibilities & impact

Manage live betting markets in real time across assigned sports/events
Adjust odds based on game state, injuries, cards, key events, market movement, and betting activity
Execute liability-aware decisions involving price moves, market suspension, and stake/limit considerations
Ensure pricing is competitive against key operators such as Bet365 and Pinnacle
Operate within event templates and market tiers, adjusting when required
Monitor and react to sharp or arbitrage activity
Use internal tools to track exposure and performance
Contribute to live trading improvements and process optimization
Support Sports Betting products, prices, risk management, Boosts, Specials, Promotions, and Player Props for a 24/7 North American-facing operator

What you’ll need

Post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, business or other fields within analytical disciplines
Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
1 to 2 years’ experience in a trading environment or assessing and calculating risk within insurance or finance is advantageous
Good all round sports betting knowledge and a strong interest in betting and odds required
Data obsessed, not just data driven
Excellent mathematical skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays according to business needs
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
Exceptional time management skills
High attention to detail and precision in delivery
Ability to learn quickly, work independently and in a team setting
Strong initiative and outstanding work ethic
