About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the administrative management of the Cloud products and services portfolio
Update records, catalogs, pricing, and manufacturer and distributor information
Monitor contracts, licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and deadlines
Review consumption, cost, and billing data, identifying discrepancies
Organize documents, spreadsheets, reports, and departmental performance indicators
Follow up with suppliers and internal teams
Propose process improvements using digital tools, AI, and automation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
Intermediate English proficiency
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, logical reasoning, and analytical skills
Comfortable working with systems, digital tools, and administrative controls
Good communication skills and an interest in learning about technology
Experience in Product, Operations, or technology companies is a plus
Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, or software licensing is a plus
Familiarity with CRM, Service Desk, and AI tools is a plus
