About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage the technology company’s operations in Brazil
Ensure excellence in the delivery of IT services and SAP solutions to Group companies
Ensure alignment among strategy, operations, governance, people, and results
Maintain close engagement with regional and global leadership
Fulfill statutory and corporate governance responsibilities as a company director, jointly with another executive
Ensure achievement of the strategic, operational, and financial objectives defined by the Group
Act as the primary interface between the local operation and the regional leadership based in the United States
Drive execution of the corporate strategy, promoting operational efficiency, innovation, and service excellence
Ensure the quality, efficiency, and continuity of technology services
Oversee the performance of technology functions through KPIs, targets, SLAs, and continuous improvement plans
Promote digital transformation, automation, innovation, and process optimization initiatives
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the SAP and Corporate Solutions function
Guide and support the manager responsible for the function in delivering SAP services, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure operational excellence, performance, and compliance with global standards for systems architecture, information security, data governance, and corporate solutions
Sponsor organizational and people development initiatives
Support talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and engagement programs
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and continuous development
Support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people strategies
Participate in budget, investment, and results planning and monitoring
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Administrative Shared Services
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and governance standards
Support internal and external audits, compliance, and risk management
Build relationships with executives, business leaders, internal clients, and strategic partners
Represent the company before Group organizations and leadership forums
Facilitate communication and alignment between local and international teams
Act as a strategic partner to regional and global leadership in technology, operations, and shared services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA, graduate degree, or specialization in Business Management, Technology, Digital Transformation, or a related field
Extensive experience in executive leadership roles within technology companies, IT services, consulting firms, or shared services centers
Experience managing technology operations and multidisciplinary teams
Experience working in multinational environments with international reporting structures
Experience in organizations serving as internal service providers or internal technology consultancies
Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and enterprise ecosystems
Experience in strategic planning, budget management, governance, and performance indicators
Experience managing international stakeholders and geographically distributed teams
Knowledge of IT Operations Management, Technology Governance, SAP and Corporate Solutions, Service and Project Management, Strategic Planning, Financial and Budget Management, Compliance and Corporate Governance, KPI and Performance Management, Digital Transformation, and Innovation
