Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience leading landscape construction projects
- Experience across all phases of landscape installation, including irrigation and planting
- Strong understanding of landscape blueprints and plans, with ability to interpret them on-site
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience operating landscape construction equipment
- Clean driving record
- Willingness and ability to travel across West Texas for installation jobs
- Ability to stand, sit, lift, and kneel as needed for the project
- Proven track record of keeping jobs on schedule and on budget
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
