About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate training programs from post-sale handover through to successful completion
  • Translate client requirements and commercial commitments into clear delivery plans, managing timelines, stakeholders, and day-to-day execution
  • Coordinate instructors, participants, platforms, materials, logistics, and reporting
  • Act as a key point of coordination between clients, instructors, Sales, and internal teams
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions
  • Source, select, onboard, and manage instructors across different subject areas and program types
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of teaching talent
  • Ensure instructors are prepared and supported to deliver high-quality training
  • Monitor teaching quality and feedback, addressing issues and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Improve how the company attracts, evaluates, manages, develops, and retains its teaching workforce
  • Develop better processes, documentation, and ways of working
  • Use feedback and operational insights to identify recurring issues and drive practical improvements
  • Take ownership of projects that make Delivery operations more scalable, efficient, and reliable
  • Report directly to the Head of Delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, Operations, Client Success, Consulting, or another execution-focused role
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Confident communicating directly with clients and other external stakeholders
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
  • Interest in building and managing a strong network of instructors and external collaborators
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and processes are continuously evolving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Based in Lisbon or able to work from the Alvalade office at least 2 days per week
