About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead people strategy delivery for the business area, aligned to People and organisational priorities
- Provide expert HR advice and coaching to senior leaders
- Embed a high-performance and values-led culture
- Lead organisational design, talent management, and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
- Identify and mitigate people-related risks
- Ensure compliance with policy, legislation and best practice
- Champion inclusive leadership and shape a culture of belonging, wellbeing and purpose
- Support organisational transformation and help leaders navigate change
- Build future capability and high-performing teams
- Deliver strategic, value-driven people solutions aligned to business objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven strategic HR partnering experience at a senior level
- Proven experience supporting acquisitions, integrations and large-scale organisational change
- Broad expertise across organisational design, transformation, change management and culture development
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate business strategy into impactful people solutions
- Strong analytical capability using people data and insights
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and credibility to influence senior leaders in complex environments
- Proactive, pragmatic and collaborative approach focused on delivery and outcomes
- High emotional intelligence and commitment to inclusive, values-based leadership
- Greek language skills would be an advantage
