About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain the advisory product roadmap aligned with company strategy and senior leadership
  • Conduct discovery with borrowers, HR and benefits teams, and client stakeholders
  • Lead the product side of new client implementations with the Account Manager
  • Own, write, refine, and prioritize the product backlog and user stories
  • Decide sprint scope and priorities
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and client success
  • Plan product launches, define success metrics, and track adoption and feedback
  • Monitor competitors and the PSLF policy landscape
  • Make day-to-day decisions on engineering scope and edge cases
  • Set clear quarterly product roadmap goals
  • Prioritize features that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Ensure timely, bug-free feature releases
  • Track and evaluate product OKRs and KPIs
  • Lead weekly product design reviews with key stakeholders
  • Provide constructive feedback to development and design teams
  • Support sales with new deals and renewals
