About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Tier 2&3 escalation and operational support to the business
- Monitor business-critical IT systems, including trading systems, proxy servers, Liquidity HUB, and third-party applications
- Configure MT4, MT5, and cTrader trading servers according to business and regulatory demands
- Ensure the continuous operation and running of all trading services
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage system upgrades, document processes, and provide technical support for users
- Monitor product pricing and resolve pricing issues effectively
- Complete daily operational tasks required by the business and regulators
- Provide fast, effective, and efficient support to stakeholders throughout the business
- Facilitate trading infrastructure projects with internal IT departments and external technology providers
- Work on corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, and swaps
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance or any other related discipline
- Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and oral is necessary
- 0–2 years of experience in a support, analyst or operations role (internships count)
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Knowledge of Python and SQL is an advantage
- Flexibility with regards to work hours, weekend tasks, and shifts
- Commitment to ongoing learning
