About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own testing for assigned features, from requirements through release
Design and execute functional, exploratory, integration and regression tests
Perform API testing and validate data using SQL
Investigate issues using logs and diagnostic information
Identify regression scenarios and opportunities for automation
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Delivery Leads and Automation QA Engineers
Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage and Continuous Delivery practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning and refinement

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of QA/testing experience, ideally with web applications
Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools
Practical SQL skills and experience analysing logs
Understanding of testing methodologies such as TDD/BDD
Experience with Agile and Continuous Delivery practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with remote and global teams
Financial services or payments testing experience is a plus
