About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and other key agile ceremonies
  • Shape and maintain the Salesforce delivery roadmap based on business priorities, technology strategy and team capacity
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, blockers and changes throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Align squad priorities with Salesforce release cycles, platform upgrades and integration dependencies
  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team of Salesforce Administrators
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance, goal setting and career development across the admin team
  • Act as the primary escalation point for Salesforce administrative support issues
  • Improve service quality, team effectiveness and delivery visibility through meaningful metrics and reporting
  • Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria and sprint goals are clearly understood
  • Maintain high standards across Salesforce security, compliance and platform best practice
  • Coordinate releases, stakeholder communications and change management
  • Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and psychological safety

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Project Manager
  • Demonstrated people management experience, including recruitment, performance management and team development
  • Experience delivering Salesforce projects or leading Salesforce platform teams
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration and administration
  • Experience working in an agile environment with frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus or LeSS
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional technology teams
  • Confidence using Jira, Confluence, Service Desk and Advanced Roadmaps
  • Ability to communicate clearly across technical and business audiences
  • Experience delivering a major capability uplift or working within financial services or another regulated environment would be highly regarded
