About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide administrative and operational support to line management across finance, proposals, pricing, contracting, and human resources
Support program delivery and execution to achieve program goals
Coordinate service and product deliveries, delivery activities, documentation, invoicing, warranty status, and related tasks
Review and submit travel approval requests and post-travel reports
Review and approve travel expense reports
Manage contractual deliverables, track and report due dates, validate content with subject matter experts, and lead work product reviews
Coordinate internal and external reporting for the Contract Status Report, award fee self-assessment, and Program Management Report
Gather and review content and prepare presentations with program leadership and subject matter experts
Gather and maintain stakeholder kudos about the program and team members
Support the CAEIO Risk Management program by creating, updating, and managing risks and issues in Jira
Facilitate and support monthly Risk Management meetings
Support senior leadership with ongoing deliverables, activities, and additional tasks
Collaborate across program teams to gather and document performance improvements and achievements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or Associate’s degree and 7 years of experience, or High School Diploma/Equivalent and 9 years of experience
U.S. citizenship
Active SECRET Government Security Clearance
5 years of experience developing and maintaining documents showcasing the performance of a system, team, or program
5 years of experience working with the Microsoft tools suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with SharePoint, including Lists, webparts, and folders
Experience working with technical teams to gather requirements for reports and dashboards
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Clear and effective communication
ITIL v4 Foundation certification or higher preferred
One or more years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management dashboards and reports preferred
Ability to analyze dashboard and report data to identify trends and make recommendations preferred
Experience presenting performance metrics and analysis to program leadership or government customers preferred
