About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead day-to-day execution of assigned deployment workstreams, including configuration, data, training, and cutover
Maintain the integrated master schedule (IMS), including tasks, dependencies, baselines, and variance commentary
Chair workstream status meetings and roll up results to the Program Manager
Identify risks and issues early and drive them to closure or formal escalation
Coordinate directly with Government functional leads
Produce weekly status, burn-down, and milestone reports
Support deliverable production and quality review
Execute under the AFRH Program Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

PM delivery experience on Federal IT or healthcare IT programs
Fluency in schedule management, risk/issue tracking, and dependency management
Clear written and verbal communication
Experience managing matrixed technical teams
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience, or Master's degree plus 0 years, or Associate's degree plus 4 years, or 6 years of experience without a degree
Federal facility access / background investigation clearance
U.S. citizenship required
Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by Day 1
Prior experience on a healthcare IT, EHR, or large systems-integration program preferred
PMP or CAPM preferred
MHS GENESIS or Federal EHR exposure preferred
Agile/SAFe scaled experience preferred
