About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the County of San Diego Contract from January 2027 through August 2027
  • Support sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and Kanban boards
  • Keep software delivery teams moving
  • Help teams deliver County projects on time
  • Work on real projects that modernize County services
  • Contribute to emerging work applying AI to how software is designed, built, and delivered
  • Collaborate with Peraton professionals on the County of San Diego program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • US Citizenship
  • HS Diploma and some advanced level training
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student who has completed progress toward or is pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles
  • Strong organization skills and comfort facilitating meetings and tracking action items
  • Scrum certification (PSM I or CSM) or CAPM preferred
  • Experience with JIRA or ServiceNow preferred
  • Team leadership experience through student organizations, capstone projects, or work preferred
  • Exposure to software development projects preferred
