About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day program management, scheduling, reporting, and coordination activities of the BASIS program
- Assist in managing cost, schedule, and technical performance across application sustainment, modernization, and security activities
- Support Agile sprint coordination
- Assist in maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Prepare status reports and briefings
- Track risks and issues
- Coordinate between technical teams, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Experience in project coordination, project management, or program support roles, preferably within IT or software development programs
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals including schedule management, risk tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience supporting sprint-based delivery teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Service Now, SharePoint, and JIRA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear, concise status reports and briefing materials for Government and senior leadership audiences
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, track deliverable deadlines, and escalate issues in a timely manner
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional DoD program environment
- PMP certification or active pursuit; CAPM accepted
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or equivalent Agile certification
- Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal government IT programs with formal deliverable obligations
- Experience with DevSecOps program environments and sprint-level project tracking
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for workflow and incident management
- Active Security+ certification
