About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a liaison between external stakeholders and internal project stakeholders, including development and training teams
Partner with engineering teams to maintain compliance, strengthen system defenses, and advance mission assurance
Support design, development, testing, and deployment of a complex system in an Agile environment
Provide subject matter and program expertise to operator stakeholders at their work locations
Answer operator questions and assist with developing operating procedures
Provide proficiency and on-the-job training
Provide operator perspectives and subject-matter expertise to development and training teams
Support exercises by assisting operator use of program tools
Coordinate and troubleshoot among operator, operational support, and development teams to achieve exercise goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; minimum of 3 years with Ph.D.
Additional four relevant years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Two (2) years of Orbital Analysis and space operations experience
Experience communicating with all levels of leadership
Minimum of Top Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI; must maintain the clearance
Experience developing cloud, engineering, or technical administrative coursework, including certification material
Experience directly training teams with hands-on technical workshops applicable to their work environments
Strong communication and organizational skills in leading a team and coordinating with program leadership
Ability to express oneself confidently, concisely, and accurately through written and oral communications from academic learner and trainer perspectives
Detail/process orientation, ability to multitask, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Desired: experience working with loosely organized groups of client and contractor stakeholders toward shared objectives
Desired: excellent written and oral communication skills

Desired: experience with agile software development projects across the software lifecycle, from requirements to operations
