About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work embedded within customer teams
- Analyze codebases and understand the underlying business
- Develop AI solutions that transform workflows
- Make architectural decisions and write production-ready code
- Implement AI and agent solutions, as well as prioritized use cases, based on the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
- Translate between business functions and technology
- Enable employees to use AI solutions in their day-to-day work
- Independently find answers to new challenges in the rapidly evolving AI landscape
- Take end-to-end ownership of architecture, implementation, deployment, and collaboration with the customer’s engineering team
- Develop reliable and explainable AI and agent systems
- Bring insights and reusable patterns from customer engagements back to the Perelyn team
- Support solutions through to production use and the realization of business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Approximately 4–8 years of experience building and delivering production software
- Proven experience taking solutions into production and being accountable for them—not just building proofs of concept
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, agents, and RAG
- Comfortable using modern AI and agentic coding tools as part of your everyday work
- Interest in new models, tools, and methods across the AI landscape
- Ability to manage parallel projects, prioritize effectively, and switch contexts smoothly
- Ability to quickly get up to speed in different domains and work confidently across business functions, executive leadership, and engineering
- Enjoyment of working directly with customers
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Open-source contributions, an actively used side project, or a talk or publication on applied AI are a plus, but not required
