About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own enterprise setup programs end to end from kickoff through go-live and hyper-care
Determine how customer requirements can be addressed in the platform
Enable integrations through standard APIs, SSO, and configuration patterns
Work with product and engineering to identify gaps and advocate for scalable solutions
Own plans, scope, and change control against the Statement of Work
Support the Technical Program Lead with requirements, design documents, and acceptance-criteria sign-off
Run customer communications, cadence, governance, and reporting
Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, including customer-side issues
Lead handover to Customer Success at go-live or hyper-care exit
Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and supporting materials
Represent programs in internal capacity and exception reviews
Build repeatable playbooks, documentation, and delivery artefacts
Run multiple programs simultaneously in a delivery pod
Report to the COO
Travel to customer sites and the Copenhagen head office

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in program or engagement management, consulting, product management, or another delivery-facing role
Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations end to end
Experience in wealth management, private banking and/or asset management is a prerequisite
Ability to manage customer scope and timelines while maintaining strong relationships
Strong organization and ability to produce written plans, governance cadences, and actionable reporting
Broad technical literacy across enterprise SaaS delivery
Knowledge of API-based integrations, SSO and security configuration, data migration and mapping
Enough SQL knowledge to read and question a data mapping
Ability to build working fluency in the customer's business domain within 90 days, including advice, suitability workflows, and customer reporting
Comfortable with APIs, data structures, OAuth/SAML authentication flows, and deployment models
Ability to inspect logs, payloads, and basic SQL or Python when needed
ITIL Foundation, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) would be beneficial but is not required
