About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the CCS Controller in managing end-to-end accounting for CCS entities
  • Own month-end close processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Support accounting for purchased receivables, including settlements, collections activity, and related balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with preparing complete and accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
  • Support internal control execution and documentation
  • Assist with external audits and financial reporting deliverables
  • Partner with Operations and IT to improve data integrity and automate workflows between the factoring platform and accounting system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s in accounting
  • CPA preferred
  • 4+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with process improvement and systems implementation
  • Background in factoring, asset-based lending, or financial services preferred
  • Fund Accounting experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment owned by PE or VC preferred
