About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage long-range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly reporting/forecasting
- Prepare management reporting packages and variance commentary for corporate FP&A leadership
- Support senior finance leadership with business reviews highlighting risks and opportunities
- Propose actions to improve growth and profitability
- Support quarter-close and month-end close activities from an FP&A perspective
- Partner with Accounting on timely, accurate results
- Consolidate business-unit submissions into corporate-level budget and forecast files
- Partner with business unit finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting definitions and methodology
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- 7+ years of related business experience in Finance (FP&A) with a track record of graduated and scalable success
- Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM and Business Objects
- Strong proficiency with financial systems and applications
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity, show initiative, and manage conflict and difficult conversations
- Ability to assess priorities and manage/complete multiple complex activities in a time-sensitive environment
