Key responsibilities & impact

Lead one or more strategic projects and present final projects to the CSCA executive leadership team
Conduct market research and analyze industry data to validate trends, consumer preferences, and competitive advantages
Support new product innovations and category strategies using consumer insights and sales data
Support customer and consumer marketing, outreach, and planning
Recommend pricing and promotional strategies to increase sales and margins
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales support, supply chain, innovation, manufacturing, finance, design, eCommerce, and consumer insights teams
Set performance goals, define learning objectives, and meet project deadlines with supervisor and mentor guidance
Participate in company-sponsored training and intern events
Learn Perrigo's company culture, policies, and business practices

What you’ll need

Undergraduate student majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Junior or senior standing preferred
Prior Marketing experience is a plus
Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and engage professionally with leadership at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
Must be present for the full 14-week duration
Available for full-time, 40 hours per week
Available May 11–August 12, 2027
