About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures, manufacturing orders, and cleaning checklists in compliance with cGMP regulations
  • Operate computer-controlled equipment using an Operator Interface Terminal (OIT)
  • Perform in-process testing and visual inspections
  • Document testing and inspection results accurately
  • Handle materials using pallet jacks
  • Perform basic utility tasks
  • Clean and prepare equipment and packaging lines using manual and automated processes
  • Complete minor equipment servicing, including disassembly, reassembly, and setup
  • Support production of over-the-counter pharmaceutical products on the 2nd shift team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed
  • Ability to train on various shifts
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
  • Excellent attendance and work history preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude preferred
  • 6 months–1 year of direct manufacturing experience preferred
  • 1–2 years of general manufacturing experience preferred
  • 3–4 years of non-manufacturing work experience preferred
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, squat, kneel, twist, grasp, and move boxes
  • Ability to occasionally push/pull up to 880 lbs. with skid jacks and reach overhead
  • Ability to rarely lift up to 25 lbs. above shoulders
  • Ability to work around potential allergens including Omeprazole, Esomeprazole, Lansoprazole, Pantoprazole, Rabeprazole, Famotidine, Loratadine, Guaifenesin, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Nicotine, and Natural Flavorings
