About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee FP&A for core Wellbeing functions and partner with Finance and Wellbeing leadership to improve operational efficiency
Track unit cost metrics, identify cost drivers, and launch performance improvement initiatives
Evaluate investments in tooling and staffing
Build financial models for RFPs, renewals, and client proposals
Provide financial oversight for large client implementations
Develop and maintain pricing frameworks and comprehensive pricing models for Wellbeing services
Evaluate vendor contracts and outsourcing models for financial efficiency and scalability
Partner with Commercial and Product teams on pricing implications
Contribute to strategic initiative planning and decision-making as a Wellbeing Leadership Team member
Support operational capacity planning
Define and track Wellbeing KPIs, including member engagement, participation rates, product margin, retention, and renewal economics
Translate performance metrics into actionable leadership decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
MBA or CPA preferred
Progressive experience in finance leadership, including FP&A, pricing, and business partnering
Background in wellbeing, health, benefits, or healthcare SaaS and services businesses preferred
Advanced financial modeling, including pricing models and scenario analysis
Experience building models for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals
Expertise in unit cost analysis, margin management, and capacity planning
Knowledge of engagement, participation, retention, and renewal metrics in a platform and services model
Experience evaluating vendor contracts and outsourcing models
