Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) to develop and utilize written correspondence, reports, memos, and spreadsheets
  • Experience supervising, coordinating and directing the activities of multiple personnel in the crafts or maintenance field, performing construction or maintenance of commercial or industrial facilities
  • Experience working with and monitoring operating and capital budgets for commercial or industrial facilities
  • Experience planning and managing construction or maintenance projects for commercial or industrial facilities
  • Ability to perform occasional lifting of items or objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in environments involving hand tools, office and communication equipment, live electrical circuits, volatile gasses, and extreme hot or cold temperatures
