About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement, operate, and continuously develop modern security solutions, such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, and cloud security
Analyze and respond to security incidents and assess emerging threats
Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to securely design systems, networks, and cloud environments
Support incident response, digital forensics investigations, and security assessments
Automate and optimize security processes using modern scripting and automation solutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the cybersecurity strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in computer science, IT, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in cybersecurity or security engineering
Experience in at least two of the following areas: EDR/XDR, SIEM and log analysis, vulnerability management, network and firewall security, cloud security
Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, or comparable scripting languages
Analytical approach to work and enthusiasm for solving complex security challenges
Excellent English skills
German language skills are an advantage
