About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and update the alumni database/platform
  • Support responses to accreditation bodies (e.g., AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA) regarding Alumni projects and performance indicators
  • Support the planning and execution of events and engagement programs for alumni
  • Support communication channels for the alumni community (newsletter, social media, and alumni platform/portal)
  • Assist, in the future, with fundraising (endowment) initiatives involving alumni
  • Support the identification and mapping of qualified leads for new courses, MBA programs, and graduate programs
  • Consolidate alumni community engagement and satisfaction metrics
