About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform financial calculations related to account settlements, outstanding balances, payment rescheduling, termination penalties, and other adjustments
Process changes to, cancellations of, and follow-up on payment slips and invoices
Integrate financial systems
Adjust installments and financial terms, and enter the required records in internal systems
Administer standard and customized payment plans, including adjustments to contractual terms
Register and monitor full and partial scholarships
Support the management and organization of documentation related to financial and legal processes
Support Treasury and Accounts Payable routines, helping ensure deadlines are met, information quality is maintained, and processes remain efficient

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis
Knowledge of financial mathematics and experience performing calculations
Comfortable using systems and various record-keeping and control platforms
Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to daily work activities
