About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop new features for an enterprise-scale web application
Understand and work within an existing production codebase
Build and maintain Laravel APIs and backend services
Develop frontend features using Next.js and React
Complete the migration from MongoDB to PostgreSQL
Optimize PostgreSQL queries and database performance
Integrate and maintain third-party APIs
Manage cron jobs, queues, scheduled tasks, and background workers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in Laravel
Strong experience with Next.js and React.js
Experience working with PostgreSQL
Good understanding of MongoDB
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Hands-on experience with Docker
Experience working on Linux servers
Understanding of CI/CD workflows
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience working on production applications
Ability to quickly understand large codebases
Good communication and teamwork skills
