About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor relevant economic events and data within the assigned coverage area and provide daily reports to trading desks and allocation management teams
  • Assist in the periodic development of macroeconomic scenarios
  • Prepare economic forecasts using econometric modeling and machine learning
  • Develop special studies on demand, proactively anticipating projections
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc analysis reports to monitor economic conditions and support decisions aligned with investment portfolio objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Experience covering the Brazilian equity market or international economics
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python
  • Valid professional certification (C-Pro R)
  • Knowledge of the supplementary pension market and its regulations
  • Logical reasoning, strong communication skills, and critical thinking
  • Ability to analyze information, challenge assumptions, and evaluate arguments
