Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable, meaningful customer interactions
Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
Complete sales transactions and aim to reach set store sales goals
Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation
Promptly and accurately display new stock and replenish stock
Keep knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services
Contribute to a fun, supportive in-store team culture
Maintain a strong safety mindset and contribute to a culture of safety

Requirements

What you’ll need

A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
Experience in a similar retail environment
Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
