About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support PGIM's Alternative Investment Operations platform across Asset Based Finance and Residential Mortgage Whole Loan strategies
  • Provide operational oversight throughout the investment lifecycle, including deal onboarding, trade settlement, funding, asset servicing, and secondary market trading
  • Facilitate deal execution with deal teams, counsel, fund management, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Capture and maintain primary and secondary market trading activity in the Order Management System, ensuring accurate IBOR positions and records
  • Manage end-to-end wire payment processes for deal funding and settlement while maintaining operational controls
  • Coordinate and execute private asset transfers
  • Manage daily production, including cash forecasting and positioning
  • Research and resolve cash and position breaks with stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports for business, operational, and management decision-making
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline preferred; all majors considered
  • 5–7 years of experience in Financial Services
  • Experience supporting Asset Based Finance, Residential Mortgage Loans, Private Credit, or Restructures
  • Intermediate or Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to research issues, evaluate information, develop effective solutions, exercise sound judgment, and escalate complex matters appropriately
  • Strong work ethic, honesty and integrity, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience interpreting Credit Agreements and Purchase Agreements is a plus
  • Experience working with Transfer Agents is a plus
  • Experience settling DDTL and Revolvers and instructing/settling DWAC, DRS, FOP, and physical bonds or equities is a plus
  • Experience with Aladdin, Aladdin Loan Manager, or other loan servicing platforms is a plus
