About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive annual delivery of projects on the IT&S roadmap
  • Independently drive requirements, analysis, stakeholder follow-up, and delivery coordination across project and software development lifecycles
  • Maintain and improve the existing process framework
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis, including current-state and future-state process mapping, data analysis, and requirements-to-delivery traceability
  • Consult with business units and supporting functions
  • Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend efficient, cost-effective solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with Private Credit investment, credit and capital markets, operations, and finance teams
  • Partner with corporate resources and outside vendors
  • Serve as liaison between business partners and IT development
  • Lead requirements elicitation sessions and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and delivery documentation
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing coordination, defect triage, and release readiness
  • Analyze processes, data flows, integrations, reports, and operational impacts
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based stakeholders, business users, technology partners, QA, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Plan and support UAT by defining test scenarios, coordinating validation, tracking defects, and confirming requirements before release
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability across requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, tests, defects, and delivery outcomes
  • Develop familiarity with Private Credit and PGIM business models to develop or integrate applications and improve processes
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, track dependencies, and follow up with stakeholders
  • Summarize complex issues, escalate risks and blockers, and prepare updates for leadership
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience focused on business analysis and project coordination, with emphasis on business analysis and independent ownership of requirements delivery
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Experience with Agile delivery practices, including user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, testing coordination, and release readiness
  • Experience using Jira or similar tools to manage requirements, backlog items, defects, dependencies, delivery status, and traceability
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including ability to work with large data sets
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to partner and build relationships with U.S.-based stakeholders, business users, cross-functional delivery teams, technology partners, vendors, and systems partners
  • Ability to work independently, drive stakeholder follow-up, and coordinate delivery activities with minimal guidance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis
  • Ability to identify, communicate, and escalate risks, blockers, assumptions, and dependencies
