Key responsibilities & impact

Lead project teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
Develop and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation
Collaborate with resource managers on team effectiveness, productivity insights, and technology roadmap planning
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors
Monitor project performance and milestones against business goals
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and align priorities and deliverables
Identify project risks and issues, provide solutions, or escalate as needed
Manage and document scope changes
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress updates
Encourage collaboration, accountability, and transparency
Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and removing blockers
Support IT and business teams through communication and achievable timelines
Report project status, risks, and accomplishments to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in IT environments
Proven ability to manage projects using Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Iterative and related project management methodologies
Proficiency with project management tools including Monday.com, JIRA, and/or MS Project
Familiarity with MS Office suite required
Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and Advanced Excel highly preferred
PMP, CSM, or other project management/scrum certifications
Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, including employment and education verification
Must successfully complete a 4-panel drug screen
Candidates must be able to clearly and confidently speak to all experience listed
