About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and evolve enterprise platform architecture solutions
- Partner with IT and business teams to solve complex technical challenges
- Lead architecture initiatives aligned with functional strategies
- Support AI enablement, automation, integrations, and cloud transformation
- Convert ambiguous stakeholder needs into prioritized projects with measurable success criteria
- Own requirements intake, discovery, process mapping, impact analysis, and scoping
- Finalize solution designs and coordinate end-to-end technical implementation
- Plan testing, support UAT, resolve defects, deploy solutions, validate post-deployment results, and reconcile historical data
- Own data quality monitoring, cleansing, validation, migration/backloading, and reconciliation
- Design and maintain architecture for IT-owned systems and platforms
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Define integration approaches across SaaS and cloud platforms
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and governance standards
- Optimize system performance, scalability, resiliency, and cost
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance
- Contribute to architectural standards, documentation, and best practices
- Support vendor evaluations and technology selection
- Govern enterprise platforms, including role-based access controls, license management, and cost optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with enterprise systems, cloud/hybrid environments, and integration design (API, SaaS)
- Experience with Salesforce, Certinia, Rippling, and Greenhouse
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of security, governance, and performance optimization
- Balance of hands-on execution and long-term architectural thinking
- 8+ years in systems, application, or enterprise architecture, or similar roles
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, system design, and security principles
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and evaluate technical solutions
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks or security/compliance standards
- Exposure to vendor selection or mentoring team members
- Experience with AI, automation, or modernization initiatives is preferred
