About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the success of data and AI solutions that connect client business goals to modern data platforms and products
- Shape and deliver data and AI platforms/products that solve business problems
- Partner with architects, engineers, analysts, and change leaders
- Translate business goals into requirements, user stories, and backlogs
- Lead agile planning and execution across cross-functional teams
- Define and track business, customer, product, and delivery KPIs and success metrics
- Use data to drive prioritization and iteration
- Ensure quality, adoption, and continuous improvement through testing, validation, stakeholder feedback, and iteration
- Communicate with business and technical stakeholders, surface risks, and drive alignment on decisions
- Lead core product workstreams within broader engagements
- Manage day-to-day coordination and workstream-level stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in product management for data, analytics, or AI platforms/products in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise environments
- Hands-on exposure to modern cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong data and AI literacy
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Clear communication with client stakeholders
- Familiarity with data/AI architecture and governance
- Experience in change-heavy transformations
- Proficiency with product/project management tools
- Openness to AI-enabled execution tooling
- Willingness to travel as required
- Significant experience owning end-to-end product outcomes for data, analytics, or AI products
- Prior external consulting experience
- Recognized as a go-to subject matter expert
- Comfortable with executive-facing communication
- Willingness to travel up to 50% per month (10 of 20 business days) when required by clients
