About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business processes together with customers and translate requirements into concrete AI architectures
- Develop AI agents, LLM integrations, automations, and intelligent applications
- Integrate language models and AI capabilities via APIs into ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems
- Work directly on-site with customers for selected engagements and implement AI solutions together with specialist departments
- Support AI models and applications from prototype through production, including testing, documentation, and optimization
- Work closely with consulting and project management teams
- Develop reusable AI components based on project experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical experience in AI development and software engineering, for example with Python or TypeScript
- Experience with APIs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and connecting language models
- Proven experience delivering projects involving language models, AI agents, or intelligent process automation
- Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar processes and develop pragmatic AI solutions
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly and enjoy working directly with customers
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality
- Willingness to travel as required for projects
- Very good German skills
- Good English skills for technical documentation
- A university degree, vocational training, or career-change background is welcome; demonstrable AI projects and problem-solving skills are what matter most
