Key responsibilities & impact

Develop web applications from frontend to backend and support them through to production deployment
Build intuitive user interfaces with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or comparable frameworks
Develop backends and APIs with PHP and Laravel, Node.js, or Python and FastAPI
Integrate existing customer, ERP, and third-party systems and ensure reliable data exchange
Design data models and implement business logic, user management, roles, and permissions
Integrate AI features and automated workflows
Collaborate with AI and automation developers
Ensure reliability through testing, logging, and error handling
Enhance existing systems with a focus on maintainability, security, and performance
Coordinate technical requirements with project management
Identify and communicate unclear or resource-intensive requirements at an early stage
Document important technical decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience independently developing and deploying web applications from frontend to backend
Very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience in React, Next.js, Vue.js, or a comparable frontend framework
Good knowledge of PHP and practical experience with Laravel
Experience with Node.js or Python, ideally with Express, NestJS, or FastAPI
Proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, as well as experience with data modeling and database migrations
Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and integrating external systems
Familiarity with Git, Docker, and common deployment processes
Good written and spoken German is required
Ability to confidently clarify requirements, technical questions, and coordination matters in German with team members and customers
Willingness to familiarize yourself with existing codebases and new technologies
Independent, reliable working style and willingness to openly address problems
Experience with LLM APIs, RAG systems, or other AI features (a plus, not required)
Experience with n8n or comparable automation platforms (a plus, not required)
In-depth knowledge of the Laravel ecosystem, such as Livewire or Inertia.js (a plus, not required)
Experience with ERP integrations, webhooks, queues, background jobs, and asynchronous processing (a plus, not required)
Knowledge of CI/CD, Linux, monitoring, or cloud infrastructure (a plus, not required)
Experience with automated frontend, backend, and integration testing (a plus, not required)
