Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end business processes within ERP systems, including SAP
Identify, validate, and prioritize automation opportunities with stakeholders
Translate business needs into technical requirements and intelligent workflow solutions
Lead process discovery through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement
Develop and implement automation solutions and software tools
Apply AI and machine learning techniques to identify patterns and generate business insights
Support data-driven decision-making through analytical modeling and insight generation
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
Plan, manage, and deliver small projects or workstreams
Perform system testing and validate functionality, quality, and performance
Monitor application performance and recommend enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with ABAP
3 or more years of experience in process automation, business analysis, or ERP-related roles
1 or more years of experience with AI tools
Experience with Joule is preferred; Glean, Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar tools are acceptable
Experience applying AI/ML techniques to business process optimization
Knowledge of AutoML, data modeling, and advanced analytics tools
Experience with APIs, JavaScript, or modern programming languages
Experience with ABAP/UI5, .NET, and Automation Anywhere
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
Strong business intelligence and data visualization skills
Experience facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional initiatives
Knowledge of process modeling tools and BPM frameworks
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in business process mapping and optimization
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, or programming concepts
Experience supporting testing, implementation, and performance monitoring of technology solutions
